摘  要:为探究拟穴青蟹(Scylla paramamosain)对砷(As)和镉(Cd)的富集和释放特性,应用半静态双箱模型模拟了拟穴青蟹对As和Cd的生物富集实验数据,通过非线性拟合得到了拟穴青蟹肌肉、肝胰腺和蟹腮对As和Cd的吸收速率常数(k_(1))、释放速率常数(k_(2))、生物富集系数(BCF)、生物学半衰期(T_(1/2))以及富集平衡时生物体内As和Cd浓度(c Amax)等动力学参数。结果表明,As和Cd在组织器官中的BCF范围分别为46.61~158.3和9.241~2886,T 1/2范围分别为7.416~14.61 d和6.630~19.19 d。实验模型拟合度较好,输出值和实测值之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),拟合方程和参数可信。研究表明,拟穴青蟹肌肉、肝胰腺和蟹腮中As和Cd的浓度与暴露浓度总体呈现正相关性,表现出肝胰腺>蟹腮>肌肉的分布规律;拟穴青蟹对Cd的富集能力明显高于As。拟穴青蟹在不同暴露浓度下对As和Cd的生物富集过程符合双箱动力学模型。In this study,we stimulated kinetic parameters using semi-static two-compartment kinetic model to reveal the accumulation and bioelimination characteristics of arsenic(As)and cadmium(Cd)in muscle,hepatopancreas and gills of Scylla paramamosain.Parameters including uptake rate constant(k_(1)),bioelimination rate constant(k_(2)),bioconcentration factor(BCF),maximum bioaccumulation at equilibrium(c Amax)and biological half-lives(T_(1/2)),were obtained through non-linear curve fitting.The results showed that the BCF of As and Cd in the tissues ranged from 46.61 to 158.3 and 9.241 to 2886,respectively.The T 1/2 of As and Cd in the tissues ranged from 7.416 to 14.61 d and 6.630 to 19.19 d,respectively.No significant difference was shown between the modeling output and the laboratory data,which validated this model in the kinetics stimulation of bioconcentrations of As and Cd by Scylla paramamosain.The results showed that significant positive correlations were observed between the concentration of As,Cd in the studied tissues(muscles,hepatopancreas and gills)and the accumulation time or the exposure concentration of heavy metals.The concentrations of As or Cd in different tissues were hepatopancreas>gills>muscles.The bioaccumulation of Cd was much higher than that of As in Scylla paramamosain.The bioaccumulation process of As and Cd by Scylla paramamosain agrees with the two-compartment kinetic model prediction.
