摘 要:肿瘤血管的形成对肿瘤的生长、转移起到至关重要的作用。低氧诱导因子-1α作为重要的转录因子,在肿瘤的发生发展中始终扮演着举足轻重的角色,其能调控肿瘤血管的形成,并与其他因子共同促进肿瘤的发生与发展。本文将对低氧诱导因子-1α参与肿瘤血管形成的可能生物学机制进行综述,以期为理清其发生发展过程提供理论支撑、为其预防和治疗提供参考。The formation of tumor blood vessels plays a vital role in tumor growth and metastasis. As an important transcription factor, hypoxia-inducible factor-1α has always played a pivotal role in the occurrence and development of tumors.It can regulate the formation of tumor blood vessels and promote the occurrence and development of tumors together with other factors. This article will review the possible biological mechanisms of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α involved in tumor angiogenesis, in order to provide theoretical support for clarifying its occurrence and development, and provide references for its prevention and treatment.
