摘 要:基于行动者网络理论和利益相关者理论,以小米生态系统为研究对象,构建多利益相关者价值共创机制的分析框架,并结合解释性案例分析将其拓展到一般情景。研究发现:人类行动者与非人类行动者的交互存在多种形式,可能产生新的利益相关者;服务生态系统的价值共创具有典型的时序特征,不同演化阶段下利益相关者的期望、行为都会发生转变,进而影响系统的价值共创;价值共创并非一定能够取得积极结果,核心行动者需要借助可控的非人类利益相关者来确保服务生态系统价值共创的稳定可持续。Based on the actor network theory and stakeholder theory, through Xiaomi service ecosystem, this paper explores multi-stakeholder value co-creation mechanism analysis framework, and it is extended to the general situation with explanatory case analysis. It is found that, there are many forms into interaction between human actors and non-human actors, all of which may generate new stakeholders. The value co-creation of the service ecosystem has a typical time series characteristic, and the expectations and behaviors of stakeholders change in different evolutionary stages. It is not certain that value co-creation can achieve positive results, core actors need to use controllable non-human stakeholders to ensure the stability and sustainability of the value co-creation of the service ecosystem.
