摘 要:喉恶性肿瘤是头颈部常见的恶性肿瘤之一。尽管喉癌的治疗手段有了很大的改善,但在过去的30年中,生存率仍然不理想。C^(2)H^(2)型锌指蛋白是人类最大的转录因子家族,具有多个排列整齐的锌指的特点。C^(2)H^(2)型锌指蛋白除了参与正常的生物学,包括转录调节,器官、组织的发育分化作用外,还与肿瘤的发生发展有关。目前,锌指蛋白家族已经被证实在很多肿瘤中有发挥着重要的作用。对C2H2型锌指蛋白家族以及其与喉恶性肿瘤的研究进展进行综述。Laryngeal cancer is one of the most common malignancies in head and neck cancer.Although continuous progress is being made in the diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal cancer,patient survival rates have not greatly improved.Cysteine-2/histidine-2(C^(2)H^(2))-type zinc finger proteins(ZNFs),the largest family of transcription factors in humans,are characterized by multiple tandemly arranged zinc fingers.C^(2)H^(2)-type ZNFs are involved in normal biological processes such as transcriptional regulation,organ and tissue development,and differentiation;however,they are also associated with the occurrence and development of cancer.Studies have shown that the abnormal expression of various C^(2)H^(2)-type ZNFs is closely related to the clinicopathologic features and prognosis of cancers.This paper primarily reviews the progress of research on the relationship between C^(2)H^(2)-type ZNFs and laryngeal cancer.
