摘　　要：谈心谈话是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的重要抓手,也是高校辅导员的核心技能之一,具有解决实际问题,防患苗头隐患,拉近师生关系和促进学生成长的重要作用。但实际工作中,因重视程度、培训力度不够,高校辅导员谈心谈话存在高校不重视、学生不信任、辅导员自身能力不胜任等问题。为此,建议高校增设谈心谈话制度,加大场所、经费投入,转变学生对谈心谈话的认知,重点从高校辅导员掌握“学的方法”“听的技巧”和“说的艺术”三方面,探索高校辅导员谈心谈话技能提升的可行性路径。Heart-to-heart talk is an important starting point to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students,and it is also one of the core skills of college counselors.It plays an important role in solving practical problems,preventing hidden dangers,closing teacher-student relations and promoting student growth.However,in actual work,due to insufficient emphasis and insufficient training,college counselors face a lot of problems such as colleges'neglect,students'distrust,and counselors'incompetence.To this end,it is recommended that colleges and universities increase the system,venues,and funding input for heart-to-heart talks to change students'perceptions of heart-to-heart talks,focusing on the three aspects of college counselors'mastery of"learning methods","listening skills"and"art of speaking",and explore the feasibility path for college counselors to improve their heart-to-heart talk skills.
