基于创新创业和职业规划双理念的大学生优秀班级创建研究

摘　　要：大学生班级是高校学生的基本组织形式之一,是开展大学生教育和管理的主要组织载体,在思想政治教育方面发挥着重要作用。随着高校教育改革不断深入,学分制修学方式使得大学班级概念正在淡化,以班级为载体的思想政治教育工作随之弱化。通过探索基于创新创业和职业规划双理念的大学生优秀班级创建,将创新创业和职业规划双理念与大学生班级建设和管理工作相结合,贯穿于大学生教育全过程,具有创新性,使班级管理工作呈现科学性、系统性、连贯性的特点,实现以班集体建设为抓手,创新大学生思想政治教育模式,进一步促进学生思想政治教育工作。Classes are basic organizational forms of college students,as well as the main organizational carriers of college students'education and management,and plays an important role in ideological and political education.With the deepening of the education reform in colleges and universities,the concept of college class has been being weakened due to the credit system,and the ideological and political education based on class has been being weakened therewith.By exploring the creation of excellent classes for college students based on the dual concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship and career planning,this paper combines the dual concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship and career planning with the construction and management of college students'classes,which runs through the whole process of college students'education.This innovative study may make class management scientific,systematic and coherent,and achieves the goal of innovation by taking class collective construction as the starting point.The innovative mode can further promote the work of students'ideological and political education.
