摘  要:新高考制度设计对人性的认识可能过于乐观。利己是人的本质特性,是无法改变和消灭的。利己本性驱使高中学校管理者、高校、学生及其家长等作出不同的行为选择,追求自身利益最大化,进而引发制度设计与实践的矛盾和冲突。新高考改革应充分考虑到人的利己本性,进一步细化完善现有的学考选考制度,调整完善评价制度和高考招生录取制度,让改革目标真正落到实处。The design of the new college entrance examination system may be too optimistic about human nature. Egoism is the essential characteristic of human being, which cannot be changed and destroyed. Self-interest drives high school administrators, colleges and universities, students and their parents to make different behavioral choices and pursue the maximization of their own interests, which leads to the contradiction and conflict between system design and practice. The new college entrance examination reform should give full consideration to the egoistic nature of human beings, further refine and perfect the existing academic examination and selection system, adjust and improve the evaluation system as well as college entrance examination and enrollment system, so as to make the reform target come true.
