摘　　要：以“大智移云”为代表的新技术改变和重塑了财经领域的内涵和外延,引发、催生了“新财经”,也对传统的财经人才培养模式提出转型要求。笔者所在大学顺应时代需求,创新性地提出“新财经”教育改革。通过对“新财经”教育改革的背景、概念、特征和目标系统进行分析,认为在实施“新财经”教育改革之前,必须明确由办学理念、办学定位、人才培养总目标、专业培养目标、专业培养方案和教学目标等构成的目标系统,才能明确“新财经”教育改革的方向,充分调动全校人员的改革积极性,加快“新财经”教育改革的进程。The new technology represented by"Big Wisdom Shift Cloud"has changed and reshaped the connotation and extension of the financial and economic field,triggered and spawned"New Finance and Economics",and also put forward the transformation requirements for the traditional training mode of financial and economic talents.The university keep up with the demand of the times,innovative proposed the"new finance"education reform.Based on the"new finance"education reform background,concept,characteristics and objectives of the system were analyzed,before the implementation of the"new finance"education reform,must be made clear by the school-running ideas,school-running orientation,personnel training target,the target of profession fostering,professional training scheme and teaching target of the target system,in order to clear the direction of"new finance"education reform,fully arouse the enthusiasm of the school personnel reform,and accelerate the process of"new finance"education reform.
