心理护理干预对儿童福利院孤儿心理健康状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预对儿童福利院孤儿心理健康状况的影响。方法将53名孤儿设为研究对象,给予心理护理干预,观察6个月。干预前后采用心理健康诊断测验及症状自评量表评定入组孤儿的心理健康状况。结果干预后入组孤儿心理健康诊断测验总分、孤独倾向、对人焦虑、自责倾向及过敏倾向评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.05或0.01),症状自评量表评分较干预前显著降低(P<0.01)。结论心理护理干预能够缓解儿童福利院孤儿的负性情绪,提高其心理健康水平,值得在儿童福利院进行推广应用。Objective To investigate the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the mental health of orphans in children welfare association.Methods A total of 53 orphans were selected as the research objects,and they were given psychological nursing intervention and observed for 6 months.The mental health test(MHT)and symptom check list 90(SCL-90)were used to assess the mental health status of the enrolled orphans before and after the intervention.Results Compared with before nursing,the MHT total score,loneliness tendency,anxiety towards people,self-blame tendency and allergic tendency scores were significantly lower(P<0.05 or 0.01).The scores of SCL-90 were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.01).Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention can alleviate the negative emotions of orphans in children welfare association and improve their mental health.It is worthy of promotion and application in children welfare association.
