20年来大学生就业研究热点及趋势——基于知识图谱的可视化分析

摘　　要：为直观展现我国大学生就业研究态势,以2000~2019年CSSCI数据库相关文献为基础,运用CiteSpace软件绘制大学生就业研究领域的知识图谱。通过知识图谱可视化分析,展示我国大学生就业研究领域主要研究力量布局、热点分布以及研究前沿等基本态势。研究结果表明:北京师范大学、中国人民大学、南京大学等高校是我国大学生就业研究的主要机构。大学生就业研究热点主要集中在就业难、就业指导、就业能力、就业质量以及双维资本等方面。突现性检测揭示出就业指导、就业难2个渐弱型前沿主题,就业能力、就业质量、人力资本3个最新研究前沿主题。我国大学生就业研究还存在异域借鉴缺乏有效本土化,多学科、跨机构研究不足等问题。In order to intuitively show the research situation of college students′employment in China,based on relevant literature of CSSCI database from 2000 to 2019,the knowledge map of college students′employment research field was drawn by use of cite space software.Through the visualization analysis of the knowledge map,this paper shows the basic situation of the main research force layout,hot spots distribution and research frontier in the employment research field of college students in China.The results show that Beijing normal university,Renmin university of China,Nanjing university and other universities are the main institutions of employment research for college students in China.College students′employment research focuses on employment difficulties,employment guidance,employment ability,employment quality and dual-dimensional capital.The emergence test revealed two weakening frontier themes of employment guidance and employment difficulty,and three new frontier themes of employment capacity,employment quality and human capital.There are still some problems in the employment research of university students in China,such as the lack of effective localization,multi-disciplinary and inter-institutional research.
