翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术在翼状胬肉治疗中的疗效

摘　　要：目的主要分析翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术在翼状胬肉治疗中的临床应用价值,为进一步改进患者预后寻找新路径。方法选择本院2018年8月至2019年4月收治的102翼状胬肉患者,使用随机数字法将其分为参照组(n=51)和研究组(n=51)。研究组患者采取翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗,参照组患者单纯实施翼状胬肉切除术治疗,评价两种治疗方法的临床应用价值。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率达到98.04%(50/51),显著低于参照组的82.35%(42/51),P<0.05。研究组不良反应发生率为13.73%,显著低于参照组的25.49%,P<0.05。结论翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术在翼状胬肉治疗中效果显著,可以降低并发症的发生率,是一种科学的治疗方案。Objective To analyze the clinical value of pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium,and to find a new way to improve the prognosis of patients.Methods One hundred and two patients with pterygium treated in our hospital from August 2018 to April 2019 were divided into a reference group(n=51)and a study group(n=51)by random number method.Patients in the study group were treated with pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation,and patients in the reference group were treated with pterygium excision alone.To evaluate the clinical application value of the two methods.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.04%(50/51),significantly lower than that of the reference group was 82.35%(42/51),P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 13.73%,significantly lower than that in the reference group(25.49%),P<0.05.Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation is a scientific treatment for pterygium and can reduce the incidence of complications.
