摘　　要：口干症是由多种因素引起的口腔常见疾病,患病率随着年龄的增长不断增高,严重影响患者的口腔健康和生活质量。目前临床针对口干症患者有多种治疗方法,但都无法取得让人十分满意的效果。经皮神经电刺激(TENS)是一种物理治疗方法,在人体皮肤表面特定位置放置电极,以低频脉冲电流刺激相关肌肉和神经,从而达到治疗的效果,已在康复医学领域获得了广泛的应用。同时,研究发现其应用于口干症患者也取得了良好的效果,有望成为口干症治疗的新方式。Xerostomia is a common oral disease caused by a variety of factors.The prevalence of xerostomia increases with age,which seriously affects the oral health and quality of life of patients.At present,there are many clinical treatment methods for xerostomia,but none of them can achieve satisfactory results.Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS)is a physical therapy in which electrodes are placed on the surface of the human skin to stimulate related muscles and nerves with low-frequency pulse currents to achieve therapeutic effects.It has been widely used in the field of rehabilitation medicine.The application of TENS to patients with xerostomia has also achieved good effect,and it is expected to become a new treatment method for xerostomia.
