摘 要:以甲烷为研究气体,采用测量板、弹簧一阶振动系统来测量高压甲烷在圆柱形单孔喷嘴的射流特性,开展了不同喷射脉宽、不同喷射压力和沿射流方向、不同位置的高压甲烷气体射流动量测量试验.结果表明:高压甲烷射流冲击测量板是非定常动态过程,测量板最大位移量与喷射脉宽、喷射压力以及沿射流方向测量板的位置有关.高压甲烷射流冲击最大动量沿射流方向发生变化,可分为初始区域和主体区域.初始区域:甲烷射流冲击最大动量先急剧减小后逐渐增加,且初始区域的长度与喷射压力存在对数关系.主体区域:甲烷射流冲击最大动量基本保持不变,随着喷射压力的升高,主体区域射流冲击最大动量线性增加.In this paper,methane was taken as the research objective.A first-order vibration system comprising of a test plate and a spring was specially designed to test the jet momentum of high-pressure methane from a singlehole cylindrical nozzle.Experiments on high-pressure methane jet momentum were performed under the conditions of varied injection pulse,injection pressure and test positions along the gas jet flow.The experimental results show that the methane jet on the plate was an unsteady dynamic process.The maximum displacement of the jet plate was affected by such parameters as injection pulse,injection pressure and the test positions along the gas jet flow.In addition,the biggest high-pressure methane jet momentum varied in the jet direction,and there were two fields in the gas jet direction:the initial jet field and the main jet field.In the initial jet field,the biggest methane jet momentum sharply decreased and then gradually rose,and there was a logarithmic correlation between jet penetration length and injection pressure.In the main jet field,the maximal jet momentum remained constant,and it increased linearly as the gas injection pressure rose.
