创业者的先前经验对效果推理的影响研究--基于自我效能感的中介作用

摘　　要：作为新兴的创业管理理论,效果推理受到来自创业者先前经验的影响,但先前经验对效果推理的作用机制有待深化。基于社会认知理论,以自我效能感为中介,对创业者的先前经验与效果推理的关系进行实证研究。研究表明:创业经验、职能经验、行业经验和自我效能感均对效果推理有正向影响;自我效能感在创业经验与效果推理、职能经验与效果推理之间发挥完全中介作用,在行业经验和效果推理之间的中介作用不显著。在高度不确定创业环境下,创业经验、职能经验和行业经验可为创业者开展创业活动提供有效手段和资源,同时创业经验和职能经验也能够通过提升创业信念,驱动非理性决策逻辑的形成。As a new theory of Entrepreneurial Management,effectuation is influenced by the entrepreneur’s prior experience,but the mechanism of prior experience on effectuation needs to be deepened.Based on the theory of Social Cognition,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the effectuation of entrepreneurs'prior experience with the intermediary of self-efficacy.Research shows that entrepreneurial experience,functional experience,industry experience and self-efficacy all have a positive impact on effectuation,and self-efficacy plays a complete intermediary role between entrepreneurial experience and effectuation,functional experience and effectuation,but the intermediary role between industry experience and effect reasoning is not significant.In a highly uncertain entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial experience,functional experience and industry experience provide effective means and resources for entrepreneurs to carry out entrepreneurial activities.Meanwhile,entrepreneurial experience and functional experience can also enhance entrepreneurial belief and then drive the formation of irrational decision-making logic.
