摘 要:针对感应式无线电能传输WPT(wireless power transfer)系统中信息反向传输问题,提出副边由不控整流桥和一个全控开关管组成的结构,通过调节副边全控开关工作频率实现信息反向传输。介绍了电路的结构及其工作原理,提出信息反向传输的控制方法,给出信息调制与解调电路的设计方法。搭建100 W电能传输、7.5 kbit/s信息传输速率的实验平台,验证所提结构的可行性。该电路结构简单,只需增加一个开关器件即可使纯电能传输系统具备信息传递功能。Considering the problem of reverse information transfer in an inductive wireless power transfer(WPT)system,a structure consisting of an uncontrolled rectifier bridge and a full-control switch on the secondary side is proposed in this paper.The reverse transfer of information is realized by adjusting the operating frequency of the secondary-side full-control switch.The circuit structure and its working principle are introduced,the control method of reverse information transfer is put forward,and the design method for an information modulation and demodulation circuit is also given.An experimental platform with 100 W power transfer and 7.5 kbit/s information transfer rate was constructed,and results validated the feasibility of the proposed structure.This circuit has a simple structure,and the pure power transfer system’s information transfer function can be realized by adding only one extra switching device.
