摘　　要：通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法,基于资源依赖视角,对体育社会组织的资源构成要素与中介渠道进行划分与整合,构建一个内外部资源系统。目前,该资源系统存在以下问题:1)内部资源短绌;2)外部资源失衡。针对问题结合资源系统提出体育社会组织的发展策略:1)人力资源:对内部人员进行有效地激励;2)物力资源:推进服务产品化有形化发展;3)信息资源:坚守组织的使命和互动原则;4)政府资源:依靠良好互动争取政府支持;5)市场资源:借助组织优势激励企业合作;6)社会资源:协同社会力量增强自身能力。加快内部资源的催生与挖掘,增强汲取外部资源的能力,以期最大限度地激发体育社会组织自我发展的能力,使其更具环境适应性,进而提高组织抵御内外部风险的能力,走向转型发展的道路。Through the methods of literature review and logical analysis,based on the perspective of resource dependence,this paper divides and integrates the resource elements and intermediary channels of sports social organizations,and constructs an internal and external resource system.At present,the resource system has the following problems,shortage of internal resources and imbalance of external resources.In view of the problems,this paper puts forward the development strategies of sports social organizations:1)human resources:to effectively motivate the internal staff.2)material resources:to promote the tangible development of service products.3)information resources:to stick to the mission and interaction principle of the organization.4)government resources:to rely on good interaction for government support.5)market resources:to encourage enterprise cooperation with the help of organizational advantages.6)social resources:to enhance their own ability by cooperating with social forces.Accelerate the birth and excavation of internal resources,enhance the ability to absorb external resources,in order to maximize the ability to stimulate the self-development of sports social organizations,make them more adaptable to the environment,and then improve the ability of organizations to resist internal and external risks,to the road of transformation and development.
