摘 要:酵母菌及其发酵产品——酵母培养物(YC),是一类新型无毒、无污染、无有害残留的绿色生物饲料添加剂,有助于改善饲料品质、提高动物消化吸收率、改善动物胃肠道健康并提高免疫力、提高生产和繁殖性能等,对解决养殖业蛋白质短缺、减少抗生素的使用、促进健康养殖以及获得优质、安全的动物产品也具有重要意义。本文综述了酵母及YC在饲料行业的研究和应用进展。Yeast and its relative products,concluding yeast culture(YC),is a new type of non-toxic,nonpolluting,and non-harmful residue green biological feed additives,which can help improve feed quality,increase animal digestion and absorption rate,improve animal gastrointestinal health and immunity,improve production and reproductive performance,etc.Yeast relative products,especially YC are also of great significance for solving the shortage of protein in the feed industry,reducing the use of antibiotics,promoting healthy breeding,and obtaining high-quality and safe animal products.This article reviews the research and application progress of yeast and its relative products in the feed industry.
