企业二元式创新的知识权力基础及影响实证研究

摘　　要：本文将"知识—权力"理论引入企业二元式创新的研究中,从知识引起的特殊权力角度为平行推进利用式创新和探索式创新提供战略制定工具。基于文献推演"知识权力"的核心内涵,构造"话语权"和"规训权"两个基本测量维度,利用电气工程、机械制造、信息技术三大典型行业中的531家上市公司在2012—2016年的面板数据,开展实证检验知识权力对企业二元式创新的影响,并进一步论证环境动态性在知识权力与二元式创新间关系中的调节作用。研究发现,具备较强知识权力的企业,无论是探索式创新还是利用式创新的水平均得到增强的基本观点,同时发现二者的高低水平受环境动态性影响的方向存在显著差异的变化规律。This paper introduces the theory of "Knowledge Power" into the study of dualistic innovation of enterprises, and provides a strategy-making tool for the parallel promotion of utility innovation and exploratory innovation from the perspective of special power caused by knowledge. Based on the core connotation of "Knowledge Power" deduced from literature, two basic measurement dimensions of "discourse power" and "discipline power" are constructed, using the panel data of 531 listed companies in the three typical industries of electrical engineering, mechanical manufacturing and information technology in 2012-2016, this paper empirically tests the impact of knowledge power on enterprise dualistic innovation, it further demonstrates the moderating role of environmental dynamics in the relationship between knowledge power and dualistic innovation. The study found that the level of both exploratory and exploitative innovation was enhanced in enterprises with strong knowledge power, at the same time, it is found that there is a significant difference between the high and low levels of the two in the direction of environmental dynamics.
