恩替卡韦联合棒柄花叶清肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察恩替卡韦联合棒柄花叶清肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者的临床效果。方法将100例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予恩替卡韦治疗,研究组给予恩替卡韦联合棒柄花叶清肝胶囊治疗,两组疗程均为1个月。比较两组患者治疗效果,以及治疗前后血清ALT、AST、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、透明质酸、Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PC-Ⅲ)和层粘连蛋白(LN)水平。结果研究组患者疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组血清AST、ALT、IL-6、TNF-α、透明质酸、LN、PC-Ⅲ水平均低于治疗前及对照组(均P<0.05)。结论恩替卡韦联合棒柄花叶清肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化能够有效减轻患者的炎性反应和肝纤维化程度,改善患者肝功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of entecavir combined with Bangbing Huaye Qinggan Capsules in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients with liver fibrosis.Methods One hundred chronic hepatitis B patients with liver fibrosis were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with entecavir,whereas the study group was treated with entecavir combined with Bangbing Huaye Qinggan Capsules,with 1-month treatment course in both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,pre-and post-treatment levels of serum ALT,AST,interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),hyaluronic acid,procollagen typeⅢpeptide(PC-Ⅲ)and laminin.Results The study group had better efficacy than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum AST,ALT,IL-6,TNF-α,hyaluronic acid,laminin and PC-Ⅲin the study group were lower than the levels before treatment or in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion For chronic hepatitis B patients with liver fibrosis,entecavir combined with Bangbing Huaye Qinggan Capsules can effectively reduce inflammatory reaction and liver fibrosis degree and improve liver function.
