摘  要:目的研究注射用蛇毒血凝酶在消化内镜下治疗消化性溃疡出血中的应用效果。方法本次研究对象均选自我院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的消化性溃疡出血患者,共88例,采取随机抽签的方法将患者均分为参照组与干预组,每组44例,参照组患者接受传统方法治疗,干预组患者接受蛇毒血凝酶注射治疗。分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果干预组患者的治疗有效率高于参照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的凝血指标比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的凝血指标较治疗前均有所改善,但两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论注射用蛇毒血凝酶在消化内镜下治疗消化性溃疡出血疗效确切,能够成功止血并且改善患者的凝血指标,帮助患者早日康复。Objective To study the application effect of snake venom hemagglutinin for injection in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding under digestive endoscopy.Methods The subjects of this study were selected from patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018,a total of 88 cases.The patients were randomly divided into the reference group and the intervention group,with 44 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with traditional methods,and patients in the intervention group were treated with snake venom hemagglutinin injection.Analyze the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of treatment in the intervention group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in coagulation indexes between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the coagulation indexes of the two groups were improved compared to before treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Snake venom hemagglutinin for injection has a definite effect in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding under digestive endoscopy.It can successfully stop the bleeding and improve the coagulation index of the patient,helping the patient to recover quickly.
