丹红注射液联合脑苷肌肽治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果

摘　　要：目的评价丹红注射液联合脑苷肌肽治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果,为急性脑梗死患者的用药方案提供参考。方法选择2018年3月至2019年5月我院收治的66例急性脑梗死患者,采取随机法进行分组,每组33例。对照组患者采取脑苷肌肽治疗,联合组患者在对照组基础上配合丹红注射液治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、生存质量、神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力情况。结果治疗后,联合组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组NIHSS评分、BI评分、SS-QOL评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,联合组NIHSS评分低于对照组,BI评分、SS-QOL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合脑苷肌肽治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床效果显著,有助于保护患者的神经功能,进一步提高患者的生存质量、日常生活能力。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of danhong injection combined with brain glycoside and carnosine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and to provide reference for the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 66 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomized into groups,with 33 cases in each group.The control group of patients were treated with cerebroside and carnosine,and the combined group of patients were treated with danhong injection on the basic of control group.The efficacy,quality of life,neurological deficit and activities of daily living of patients with acute cerebral infarction were compared between the control group and the combined group.Results After treatment,the curative effect of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the comparison of NIHSS score,BI score and SS-QOL score between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,the NIHSS score of the combination group was lower than that of the control group,and the BI score and SS-QOL score higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection combined with brain glycoside and carnosine has significant clinical effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can protect the neurological function of patients,and further improve the quality of life and activities of daily living of patients.
