血站护士血液采集中行手卫生护理情况及影响分析

摘　　要：目的观察血站护士血液采集中手卫生护理实施情况及影响。方法获得34例采血护士同意后让其参与课题,对采血护士进行一段时间的随访,行普通手卫生护理者17例为参考组,行手卫生细节护理者17例为细节组,在2019年10月至2020年10月完成手卫生护理后观察结果。结果经手卫生护理实施后,细节组各维度手卫生护理质量评分高,和参考组手卫生护理质量评分数据间经SPSS24.0计算后,P<0.05。血液采集不良事件中,血液污染、交叉感染率在细节组分别是1.16%、0,均比参考组(8.14%、6.98%)低,P<0.05。结论实施手卫生细节护理,提升了血站护士手卫生护理质量,使采血不良事件减少,对维持血液采集安全性有重要作用。Objective To observe the implementation and impact of hand hygiene in blood collection by nurses at blood stations.Methods After obtaining the consent of 34 blood collection nurses,they were allowed to participate in the project.The blood collection nurses were followed up for a period of time.17 cases of general hand hygiene caregivers were in the reference group,and 17 cases of hand hygiene detail caregivers were in the detail group.The results were observed after hand hygiene nursing was completed from October 2019 to October 2020.Results After the implementation of hand hygiene care,the hand hygiene care quality scores in each dimension of the detail group were high,and the hand hygiene quality score data of the reference group were calculated by SPSS24.0,P<0.05.Among the adverse events of blood collection,the rates of blood contamination and cross-infection in the detail group were 1.16%and 0,respectively,which were lower than those in the reference group(8.14%and 6.98%),P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of detailed hand hygiene care can improve the quality of hand hygiene care of nurses at blood stations,reduce adverse events in blood collection,and play an important role in maintaining the safety of blood collection.
