甲硝唑联合头孢克洛治疗牙周炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析牙周炎患者应用甲硝唑联合头孢克洛治疗的效果。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月于本社区服务中心诊治的56例牙周炎患者,采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组行头孢克洛治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合甲硝唑治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者出血指数、附着丧失、菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组出血指数、附着丧失、菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应总发生率稍低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲硝唑联合头孢克洛治疗牙周炎患者的效果明显,有助于改善牙周炎疾病症状,安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of metronidazole combined with cefaclor in patients with periodontitis.Methods Select 56 patients with periodontitis diagnosed and treated in this community service center from December 2019 to December 2020,and divide the selected patients into a control group and an observation group,28 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group was treated with cefaclor,and the observation group was treated with metronidazole on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in bleeding index,loss of attachment,plaque index,and depth of periodontal exploration between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group had no significant difference in bleeding index,loss of attachment,plaque index,and tooth weekly probing depth is smaller than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group is higher than the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group is slightly Lower than the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole combined with cefaclor is effective in treating patients with periodontitis,which helps to improve the symptoms of periodontitis and is safer.
