低位直肠癌患者经腹腔镜手术和开腹手术治疗的临床疗效对比

摘　　要：目的研究低位直肠癌患者采用不同手术方式治疗的安全性及恢复效果的差异,为临床手术方式的选择提供参考。方法选择我院2017年5月至2018年8月收治的60例已确诊低位直肠癌患者,根据术式差异分为对照组(30例,接受开腹手术)及观察组(30例,接受腹腔镜手术)。比较两组患者手术指标及术后身体恢复状态、并发症发生率。结果观察组手术耗时、切口长度均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后排气时间、正常进食时间、留置尿管时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,且疼痛程度评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率10.00%低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。结论开腹手术与腹腔镜手术均为临床治疗低位直肠癌患者的有效术式,但腹腔镜操作创口小、手术时间短,对患者的身体损伤程度更轻,术后患者可更快排气并恢复正常进食,有利于机体尽早补充营养、加速恢复。Objective To study the differences in the safety and recovery effects of different surgical treatments for patients with low rectal cancer,and to provide references for the choice of clinical surgical methods.Methods The 60 patients with diagnosed low rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to August 2018 were selected and divided into a control group(30 cases,underwent open surgery)and an observation group(30 cases,underwent laparoscopy)according to the difference in surgical procedures surgery.The surgical indicators,postoperative physical recovery status and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and incision length of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group's postoperative exhaust time,normal eating time,indwelling catheter time,and postoperative hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,and the pain degree score was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 10.00%lower than that of the control group 23.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion Both open surgery and laparoscopic surgery are effective surgical methods for the clinical treatment of patients with low rectal cancer,but the laparoscopic operation has small wounds,short operation time,and less damage to the patient's body.After the operation,the patient can exhaust gas and recover faster eating normally is conducive to the body's early replenishment of nutrients and speed up recovery.
