四步法眼袋整形术治疗老年眼部整形的效果及并发症发生率影响研究

摘　　要：目的探析四步法眼袋整形术在老年眼部整形治疗中的应用效果及其对并发症发生率的影响。方法选取本院接收的70例老年眼部整形患者,随机分为对照组(35例,传统下睑皮肤入路法去除眼袋)与观察组(35例,四步法眼袋整形术去除眼袋),对比效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率、满意度分别是97.14%与94.29%,明显高于对照组的80.00%、74.29%,差异明显(P<0.05);观察组外眦鱼尾纹显著减少率、下眼睑臃肿消失率、下眼睑松弛改善率分别是91.43%、97.14%与94.29%,明显高于对照组的71.43%、74.29%、71.43%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.86%,明显低于对照组的22.86%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在老年眼部整形治疗过程中,四步法眼袋整形术的应用可以有效改善临床症状,促进治疗效果的提高。Objective To explore the application effect of four-step eye bag plastic surgery in the eye plastic treatment of the elderly and its influence on the incidence of complications.Methods Seventy cases of elderly patients with eye plastic surgery received in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(35 cases,removal of eye bags by traditional skin approach to lower eyelid)and observation group(35 cases,removal of eye bags by four-step eye plastic surgery),and the results were compared.Results The total effective rate and satisfaction of treatment in the observation group were 97.14%and 94.29%,which were significantly higher than the 80.00%and 74.29%in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the observation group had a significant reduction in peripheral canthal crow's feet and disappeared lower eyelid bloat,the improvement rate of lower eyelid sagging was 91.43%,97.14%and 94.29%,which were significantly higher than 71.43%,74.29%,71.43%of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 2.86%,significantly lower than the 22.86%of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the process of eye plastic treatment for the aged,the application of four-step eye bag plastic surgery can improve the clinical symptoms and promote the improvement of treatment effect.
