Human microecology is the science that studies the relationship between microorganisms and their hosts.Gastrointestinal microecology has the most direct effect on the human body. Intestinal microecology is a forgotten human metabolic organ that has important physiological functions such as maintaining energy homeostasis.Liver is an important organ of human beings.3/4 of the blood in the liver comes from the blood of intestine, which contains bacterial products in the intestines, environmental toxins and food antigens. Therefore, liver has the most direct relationship with intestines.A large number of microorganisms in the human intestinal micro-ecology environment not only participate in the regulation of immune response in the intestine, but also participate in the regulation of immune responses in the body organs such as liver. Therefore, intestinal micro-ecology is inseparable from liver immunity. This paper reviews the correlation between intestinal microecology and liver immunity, in order to provide a scientific basis for the study on human microecology and liver immunity.
