摘　　要：口腔颌面部修复重建是保证患者肿瘤根治、生理功能及心理康复的重要手段,该文通过回顾和对比国内外口腔颌面修复重建的发展历史,从数字外科、多学科协作、人才培养、美学修复及功能康复等多个角度总结剖析临床现状及研究热点,为口腔颌面部修复重建外科的发展方向提供借鉴。Oral and maxillofacial reconstruction is an important method to ensure the radical c u re,functional and psychological rehabilitation of tumors.This article reviews and compares the development history of oral and maxillofacial reconstruction at home and abroad,summarizing the current status and hotspots from multiple perspectives such as digital surgery,multidisciplinary team,talents training,aesthetic restoration and function rehabilitation,etc.aiming at providing reference for the development direction of oral and maxillofacial reconstructive surgery.
