清热平胃汤联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌阳性慢性浅表性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的自拟清热平胃汤联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌阳性浅表性胃炎临床效果评价。方法选取医院2016年5月—2019年5月所收治诊断明确为幽门螺旋杆菌感染性浅表性胃炎,中医辨证湿热内蕴型。将患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组32例。治疗组采用中药清热平胃汤联合三联疗法,治疗组采用常规西药三联疗法治疗方案。结果临床症状改善评分优于对照组;治疗组1个月与3个月后幽门螺旋杆菌清除率大于对照组。结论临床采用清热平胃汤联合三联疗法治疗辨证为湿热内蕴型幽门螺旋杆菌阳性浅表性胃炎效果显著,有较大临床价值。Objective To observe the effect of self-made Qingre Pingwei decoction combined with triple therapy for superficial gastritis with positive Helicobacter pylori.Methods The diagnosis of superficial gastritis caused by Helicobacter pylori infection and damp-heat syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were selected from May 2016 to May 2019 in the Affiliated Hospital.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases).The treatment group was treated with Qingre Pingwei decoction combined with triple therapy,while the treatment group was treated with conventional triple therapy of western medicine.Results The clinical symptom improvement score was better than that of the control group,and the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group one month later.Conclusion Clinical application of Qingre Pingwei decoction combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive superficial gastritis of damp-heat syndrome has significant effect and great clinical value.
