摘 要:为深度开发桦木属植物资源,以白桦、枫桦和油桦为原料,采用热解法收集额定功率2000 W条件下的热解液,通过精制热解液以获得3种醋液。应用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对3种木醋液的成分和各成分相对百分含量进行测定与分析。最终检测出白桦、枫桦和油桦3种木醋液中含有机物质种类分别为46、62、43种,主要成分均为酚类、醛类、酮类和酸类,白桦、枫桦和油桦木醋液中酚类物质含量最高,其种类和相对含量由大到小依次为:12种38.30%、10种25.87%、10种23.06%。结果显示,不同品种桦树木醋液成分具有显著性差异。研究结论可以为桦木属植物资源的整合与利用提供参考依据。In order to further develop the resources of birch plants,the white birch,maple birch and oil birch were used as raw materials.The pyrolysis method was used to collect the pyrolysis liquid under the condition of the power of 2000 W,and then three kinds of vinegar were obtained by refining the pyrolysis liquid.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)technology was used to determine and analyze the components and relative percentages of these three wood vinegar liquids.Finally,it was detected that,there were 46,62 and 43 kinds of organic substances in the vinegar of white birch,maple birch and oil birch,the main ingredients were phenols,aldehydes,ketones and acids.White birch,maple birch and oil birch wood vinegar had the highest content of phenolic substances,and their types,relative content were as follows:12 kinds,38.30%;10 kinds,25.87%;and 10 kinds,23.06%.Conclusion:there were significant differences in the composition of vinegar from different varieties of birch trees.The research results can provide a data reference for the integration and utilization of birch resources.
