摘　　要：文章试图论明呼吸系统疾病从枢机学说论治的理法方药体系的纲领、框架,以作为将来研究呼吸枢机理论的基点和目标。文章提出"大气"为呼吸之枢的基本观点,描述了呼吸之枢以少阳上焦为其轴心,枢气为其内魄,胸膺肩背为其外廓,鼻、咽为其上窍的形与气的结构图景,阐释呼吸之枢结于中丹田、根于下丹田、本于化源的医理,以及虚实两端的证治总纲。This paper attempts to clarify the program and framework of the principle-method-recipe-medicines system of treatment of respiratory diseases from the pivot theory, as the basis and goal of future research on respiratory pivot theory. This paper put forward a cardinal idea that Daqi is the pivot of the respiratory system. Then we describe the structural blueprint of theoretical system of the pivot of respiratory system, which including upper jiao as its axle, pivot qi as its inner spirit, chestshoulder-back as its outline, and nose and pharynx forming the upper orifices. Furtherly, the paper explains principles that the pivot of respiratory system is sometimes entangled in middle dantian, rooted in lower dantian, and based on Huayuan. Lastly, we expound on the general program of the therapeutic system which can be guided to opposite two directions of deficiency and excess.
