摘  要:植物多酚是植物体内种类最多的一种具有多元酚结构的复杂次生代谢产物。继1976年科学家们首次证明了多酚的抗病毒活性之后,各国学者对植物多酚的抗病毒功效进行了许多探索。文章在对植物多酚结构、分类进行阐述的基础上,综述其抗病毒功效及机制研究进展,并提出今后的研究重点,以为植物多酚抗病毒活性在保健医疗领域的应用提供理论依据。Plant polyphenol is a kind of complex secondary metabolite with polyphenol structure, which has the most species in plant. Since scientists first proved the anti-virus activity of plant polyphenol in 1976, many researchers have explored the anti-virus effect of plant polyphenol. On the basis of expounding the structure and classification of plant polyphenol, the research progress of its antiviral effect and mechanism was summarized, and the future research emphasis was put forward in this paper, it provides theoretical basis for the application of plant polyphenol antiviral activity in health and medical field.
