图形积分卡在脑卒中失语病人言语康复训练中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨图形积分卡在脑卒中失语患者言语康复训练中的应用效果。方法选择我院于2019年4月至2019年12月收治的脑卒中失语患者54例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(27例,采用常规康复训练),观察组(27例,在对照组基础上采用图形积分卡训练),分析两组患者护理前后失语程度、生活质量情况以及心理状况,出院后随访6个月。结果护理前两组患者BDAE、FIM、SDS、SAS评分差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者的BDAE、FIM评分明显高于对照组,且SDS评分、SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中失语患者应用康复图形积分卡进行康复训练,护理效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore application effect of rehabilitation graphic integral card in stroke patients with aphasia.Methods We chose 54 cases of aphasia patients after stroke admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to December 2019,divided them into control group (27 cases,with routine rehabilitation training) and observation group (27 cases,with graphic integral card training on the base of the control group) randomly.Analyzed aphasia degree,life quality and psychological status of two groups before and after nursing,carried out follow-up for 6 months after discharge.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in BDAE,FIM,SDS and SAS scores between two groups (P>0.05).After nursing,BDAE and FIM scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,and SDS and SAS scores were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation graphic integral card has significant nursing effect on rehabilitation training for stroke patients with aphasia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
