摘 要:针对旋转冲击型液压锚杆钻机在极限工况下应力集中易导致动力头失效的问题,通过研究动力头的破岩机理,分析其薄弱位置,结合ABAQUS数值法设计结构优化设计流程,并对动力头箱体上端盖和加强板的主要结构设计参数进行优化。最终通过Creo软件创建仿真模型,运用ABAQUS完成模型的有限元分析,获取动力头箱体在极限工况下的应力云图。结果表明,优化后的动力头箱体在极限工况下能够有效缓解应力集中,且受到的冲击力低、位移变化量较小。Aiming at the problem that the power head of rotary impact type hydraulic roofbolter is easy to fail due to stress concentration in extreme working conditions,the rock breaking mechanism of the power head was studied, and its weak position was analyzed. Combined with ABAQUS numerical method,the structural optimization design process was designed, and the main structural design parameters of the upper end cover and reinforcement plate of the power head box were optimized. Finally,Creo software was used to create the simulation model,ABAQUS was used to complete the finite element analysis of the model,and the stress nephogram of the power head box under the limit condition was obtained. The results show that the optimized power head box can effectively alleviate the stress concentration under the limit conditions, and has low impact force and small displacement variation..
