晚期胃癌患者接受多西他赛联合奥沙利铂及替吉奥治疗对血清学相关指标的影响探究

摘　　要：目的探讨采用多西他赛+奥沙利铂+替吉奥药物对晚期胃癌患者进行治疗后对血清学相关指标产生的影响。方法方便选取该院2015年1月—2019年6月收治的60例晚期胃癌患者,采用数字奇偶法分组;治疗组(30例)采用多西他赛+奥沙利铂+替吉奥药物完成胃癌治疗;对照组(30例)采用SOX方案完成胃癌治疗;就组间血清肿瘤标志物含量以及血清恶性分子水平展开对比。结果治疗后,治疗组晚期胃癌患者CA19-9(19.15±3.31)g/mL、CA72-4(5.29±0.71)g/mL、CEA(3.65±0.69)g/mL均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.684、16.441、12.146,P<0.05),且MMP7、MMP9、VEGF以及IGF-1均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多西他赛+奥沙利铂+替吉奥药物联合应用,可使得晚期胃癌患者血清肿瘤标志物含量以及血清恶性分子水平显著降低,最终实现晚期胃癌患者有效预后。Objective To investigate the effect of docetaxel+oxaliplatin+tigeo on the serum-related indicators of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to June 2019 were divided into groups by digital parity;treatment group(30 cases):the treatment of gastric cancer was completed with docetaxel+oxaliplatin+tigio;control group(30 cases):used SOX to complete the treatment of gastric cancer;compared the serum tumor marker levels and serum malignant molecular levels between the groups.Results After treatment,CA19-9(19.15±3.31)g/mL,CA72-4(5.29±0.71)g/mL,and CEA(3.65±0.69)g/mL of patients with advanced gastric cancer in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=8.684,16.441,12.146,P<0.05),and MMP7,MMP9,VEGF,and IGF-1 were all lower than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of docetaxel+oxaliplatin+Tiggio can significantly reduce the serum tumor marker levels and serum malignant molecular levels in patients with advanced gastric cancer,and ultimately achieve an effective prognosis for patients with advanced gastric cancer.
