摘　　要：目的分析外伤性晶状体半脱位的CT表现,以期提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析经临床证实的15例外伤性晶状体半脱位患者的CT表现,并分析其特征。结果 15例外伤性晶状体半脱位患者中,右眼7例,左眼8例;晶状体向后方半脱位13例(内后方半脱位6例,外后方半脱位5例,正后方半脱位2例),晶状体向正前方半脱位2例;13例可见一侧悬韧带断裂, 2例悬韧带断裂显示不确切。结论外伤性晶状体半脱位的CT表现具有一定特征性。Objective To analyze CT manifestations of traumatic lens subluxation, in order to improve the understanding of the disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the CT manifestations of 15 patients with traumatic lens subluxation confirmed clinically and their characteristics were analyzed. Results There were 15 cases with traumatic lens subluxation, 7 cases of right eye and 8 cases of left eye;there were 13 cases of posterior subluxation, including 6 cases of inwards and posterior subluxation, 5 cases of outward and posterior subluxation and 2 cases of directly posterior subluxation;there were 2 cases of anterior subluxation. 13 cases showed rupture of one side of suspensory ligament and 2 cases showed inexact rupture of the suspensory ligament. Conclusion The CT findings of traumatic lens subluxation are characteristic.
