摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是系统化、规范化、均质化工程。随着精细化管理的要求不断提高,住院医师规范化培训组织管理工作面临巨大挑战,管理信息系统的建设势在必行。本文介绍了培训医院住院医师规范化培训管理信息系统建设的基本模块设计和应用经验,目的在于提高工作效率、规范过程管理、保证培训质量。Standardized residency training is a systematic,standardized and homogeneous project.With the continuously increasing requirements for fine management,the management of standardized residency training is facing enormous challenges,and the construction of management information system is imperative.This paper introduces the basic modules design and application experience of management information system for standardized residency training in training hospitals,aiming at improving work efficiency,standardizing process management and ensuring training quality.
