摘  要:目的探讨数字切片运用于线上实验教学中的效果与反响保证病理学实验教学质量。方法2020年3—4月随机将本科2018级临床医学专业中的60名学生分成两组,均通过“钉钉”进行线上授课。实验组引入“数字切片”联合“中国大学MOOC病理实验形态学视频”的方式授课,而“传统PPT讲授”和“中国大学MOOC病理实验形态学视频”的方式作为对照组,分析比较两组课后绘图作业成绩与阶段性考核成绩,并收集学生关于数字切片运用于线上实验教学的反馈意见。结果两组学生课后绘图成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而阶段性测试成绩引入数字切片教学组高于传统PPT教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字切片运用于病理线上实验教学有助于提高教学质量,建立病理数字化切片库和数字化大体标本库是教育信息化发展的大势所趋,但采取何种有效的改革新模式仍需进一步探索。Objective Discuss the effect and response of digital slices in online experimental teaching to ensure the quality of pathology experimental teaching.Methods Randomly divide 60 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in 2018 into two groups from March to April 2020,all of which are taught online through"Dingding".The experimental group introduced the method of"digital slide"combined with"China University MOOC Pathology Experiment Morphology Video",and the"traditional PPT lecture"and"China University MOOC Pathology Experiment Morphology Video"as a control group to analyze and compare the two groups after class draw homework scores and periodic assessment scores,and collect feedback from students on the use of digital slices in online experimental teaching.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of students'after-school drawing performance(P>0.05),while the stage test scores in the digital slice teaching group were higher than the traditional PPT teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital slices in online pathology experimental teaching can help improve the quality of teaching.The establishment of a digital pathology slice library and a digital gross specimen library is the general trend of the development of education informatization,but the effective new mode of reform needs to be further explored.
