高校优秀贫困学子心理特征的叙事研究

摘　　要：以叙事研究为基本方法,以个体心理特征的认知、情绪、意志和行为为基础,通过对6名高校优秀贫困学子的叙事,分析高校优秀贫困学子的心理特征,具体表现为对“贫穷”的积极认知和建构、以“学业成就”为核心的积极情绪体验、由“改变命运”驱动的顽强生命力和以“自我成长”为目标的持续奋斗。高校贫困学子的心理资助,可以从以下方面入手:运用认知重评策略培养积极认知、引导并塑造积极情绪、通过榜样宣传激发内在生命力以及搭建实践平台提升综合能力。It is well-known that in order to analyze the psychological features of impoverished undergraduates,the paper tries to analyze impoverished undergraduates'cognition,emotion and behavior based on data from 6 in-depth interviews.Results shows that in aspect of cognition,impoverished undergraduates hold positive views of poverty.In aspect of emotion,they create positive emotion around academic achievement.Also,they have tenacious vitality driven by the belief that education changes fate.Similarly,they constantly struggle for self-growth.Therefore,it is essential to cognitive reappraisal strategy and cultivate positive cognition.The purpose is to guide their positive emotions and inspire their inner vitality.
