摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预在轻型颅脑创伤后脑震荡后综合征(post-concussion syndrome,PCS)治疗中的应用效果。方法:67例PCS患者随机分为常规药物组(n=32)和心理干预组(n=35)。常规药物组给予常规药物治疗,心理干预组在常规药物组治疗基础上给予心理干预。两组均于治疗前及治疗1个月后用症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)及Rivermead PCS随访问卷(Rivermead post-concussion symptoms questionnaire,RPQ)进行评分。结果:治疗后,常规药物组仅在躯体症状方面有明显改善,心理干预组在各方面均有明显改善(P<0.05)。心理干预组RPQ评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。结论:药物联合心理干预治疗PCS可显著改善患者症状,有利于康复。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention in the treatment of post-concussion syndrome(PCS).Methods:Sixty-seven patients with PCS were randomly divided into the conventional drug group(n=32)and the psychological intervention group(n=35).The two groups were given regular conventional drug treatment of PCS,while the psychological intervention group was given the psychological intervention.Both groups were evaluated with symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)and the Rivermead post-concussion syndroms questionnaire(RPQ)before and after one month treatment.Results:Only somatic symptoms were significantly improved in the conventional drug group after treatment,while all aspects were significantly improved in the psychological intervention group(P<0.05).The RPQ score was lower than that before treatment in the psychological intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Drug therapy combined with psychological intervention can significantly improve the symptoms of PCS patients,and conducive to rehabilitation.
