摘  要:采用超声法,以稻壳灰为硅源,P25为钛源,引入磁性纳米Fe_(3)O_(4),制备了Fe_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)/P25磁性光催化材料。通过FESEM、XRD、XPS、FTIR、TGA-DTA、VSM等对该复合材料的结构与形貌进行表征,研究了不同配比对罗丹明B(RhB)染料的光降解性能。结果显示,Fe_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)/P25复合材料中Fe_(3)O_(4)表面被中间层SiO_(2)包裹良好,形成了Si—O—Ti键,并显示出良好的磁分离效果。以m(Fe_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2))∶m(P25)=0.3制备的复合材料光催化效果最佳,光催化降解RhB溶液的最佳pH=7,最佳初始浓度为10μmol/L,最佳投量为0.6 g/L,其最高降解率可达99.90%。Fe_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)/P25 magnetic photocatalysis materials were prepared by ultrasonic method,with the silicon source of rice husk ash,the titanium source of P25 and magnetic iron oxide.The characterization of the composite material were conducted by FESEM,XRD,XPS,FTIR,TGA-DTA,VSM.The photocatalysis effects of different ratio on the properties of materials were investigated,and its photodegradation reactivity was studied with RhB dye solution.The results indicated that the Fe_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)/P25 was double coated with SiO_(2) mesosphere,formed the Si—O—Ti bond,and shown magnetic separation effect perfectly.m(Fe_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2))∶m(P25)=0.3 was the optimum ratio of preparation.The photodegradation results showed that the optimum condition was the pH=7,10μmol/L of the initial concentration of RhB solution,0.6 g/L of the dosage,respectively.The maximum degradation rate reached 99.90%.
