摘　　要：创面感染是影响着创面愈合的重要因素,为了预防和治疗创面感染,对二氧化氯应用于创面处理进行了介绍,具体介绍了创面感染、创面治疗和二氧化氯创面处理剂相关内容。综述了二氧化氯的应用、促愈机理、安全性、处理创面效果评价及优势。展望了二氧化氯创面处理剂的发展前景,具有有效杀灭创面多种细菌,预防创面感染,使创面快速止血,促进创面愈合的意义。Wound infection is an important factor affecting wound healing.In order to prevent and treat wound infection,this article introduces the application of chlorine dioxide to wound treatment,and specifically introduces wound infection,wound treatment and chlorine dioxide wound treatment agent.The application of chlorine dioxide,healing mechanism,safety,evaluation and advantages of wound treatment effects are reviewed.The prospects for the development of the chlorine dioxide wound treatment agent are prospected,which have the significance of effectively killing a variety of bacteria on the wound,preventing wound infection,quickly stopping bleeding and promoting wound healing.
