摘　　要：本文介绍了用万能工具显微镜测量半径样板的测量方法及不确定度评定方法,为以后用此类方法测量半径样板评定其不确定度提供参考。This paper introduces the measurement method and uncertainty evaluation method of radius template measured by universal tool microscope,which provides reference for the evaluation of uncertainty of radius template by this method in the future.
