摘　　要：焦虑是人对未来或不确定事件过度紧张、担心或害怕的本能情绪,过度焦虚将产生神经精神功能障碍性焦虑症。现代社会焦虑人群的泛化,催生焦虑症已成为新的医学热点和社会难题。焦虑涉及不同脑区间局部或长程的神经环路和调控分子。以往认为,瞬时电位受体通道TRPV1是外周伤害性感受器分子,但中枢神经表达与功能不清。本文基于TRPV1中枢神经表达的新视角,探析TRPV1在焦虑神经环路的时空分布和调控通路,明确中枢TRPV1与焦虑的相关性机制,提出以瞬时电位受体通道为靶向的焦虑症诊疗新策略。The anxiety is a kind of instinct emotion with unease,nervousness or fear about the uncertain outcome and events,and excessive anxiety will lead to neuropsychiatric anxiety disorder.The generalization and bith of anxiety in modern society has become a new medical hot spot and social problem.Anxiety involves in the different brain regions,neural circuits and molecular regulators.In the past,It was well known that transient potential receptor channel TRPV1 was a peripheral nociceptive recepto molecule,but the expression and function of the central nervous system were unclear.Based on the new perspective of TRPV1 central nervous system expression,this paper explores the temporal and spatial distribution and regulatory pathway of TRPV1 in anxiety herve loop,clarifies the correlation mechanism between central TRPV1 and anxiety,and puts forward a new strategy for diagnosis and treatment of anxiety disorders targeting transient potential receptor channels.
