摘　　要：近年来,床旁即时超声在急诊、重症、引导床旁穿刺等方面的应用越来越广泛深入,床旁即时超声教育特别是本科阶段的教育也越来越重要。文章通过对床旁即时超声发展历史、目前国际和国内医学院校本科床旁即时超声教学现状、对教学方法和教学模式的成功探索,以及床旁即时超声纳入本科教育课程体系的价值等方面进行综述,旨在为未来床旁即时超声本科教育的进一步改革和发展提供参考。In recent years,the application of Point-of-Care UltraSound(POCUS)in emerg-ency department,ICU,guiding puncture bedside and other aspects has become more and more ex-tensive and the education of POCUS,especially in undergraduate education,is becoming more and more important.In this paper,the POCUS history of development,the current international and domestic medical colleges undergraduate POCUS teaching present situation,the successful explora-tion of teaching method and teaching mode,and the value of POCUS into the undergraduate edu-cation curriculum system etc were reviewed,aiming at providing reference for the reform and de-velopment of POCUS undergraduate education in the future.
