摘 要:为了解决末端从动件按一定运动规律往复运动的凸轮连杆组合机构的设计问题,采用解析法对凸轮连杆组合机构进行求解,推导出凸轮连杆组合机构的设计理论公式,然后利用MATLAB对理论公式进行编程计算,并绘制出凸轮理论轮廓曲线,再使用Adams求出第二条凸轮轮廓曲线进行对比验证。利用推导出的设计理论公式,并借助MATLAB和Adams进行实例求解,得到了两条凸轮轮廓曲线,将二者进行对比验证,两条凸轮轮廓曲线完全重合,证明推导出的凸轮连杆组合机构的设计理论公式是正确的。In order to solve the design problem of the cam-link combination mechanism with the end follower reciprocating according to a certain movement law.The analytic method is used to solve the cam-link combination mechanism,and the design theory formula of the cam-link combination mechanism is deduced.Then the theoretical formula is programmed and calculated using MATLAB,and the theoretical contour curve of the cam is drawn using MATLAB’s complete graphics processing capabilities.Adams is used to find the second cam profile curve for comparison and verification.By using the derived design theory formula and solving examples with the help of MATLAB and Adams,two cam contour curves are obtained,and the two cam contour curves are compared and verified.The two cam contour curves completely coincide.The deduced theoretical formula for design of cam-link combination mechanism is correct.
