“一带一路”背景下地方高校汉语国际教育本科专业小语种培育初探——以玉溪师范学院为例

摘　　要：“一带一路”加强了中国与世界多国的交流,小语种人才需求迅速增长。地方高校汉语国际教育本科专业开设小语种课程,既符合国家战略规划,满足人才培养要求,又能提高毕业生就业率。人才培养方案、师资、国外实习基地三大因素影响着小语种课程设置。处理好英语与小语种的关系,提高境外就业率,是小语种课程取得成效的重要措施。The initiative of Belt&Road has strengthened the communication between China and many countries in the world,and the demand for talents in minor languages has been growing rapidly.The offering of minor language curriculum among the undergraduate major of TCFL in local universities not only conforms to the National Strategic Planning and meets the requirements of personnel training,but also can improve the employment rate of graduates.There are three factors affect the curriculum setting of minor languages:talent training program,teachers’qualifications and practice base abroad.It orders to achieve success in the field of minor language curriculum,it is important to deal with the relationship between English and minor languages and improve the employment rate abroad.
