新时代视阈下高职院校德技并修工匠人才培育路径研究

摘　　要：新时代赋予工匠人才的时代意蕴,从“培养什么人”这一教育的首要问题出发,新时代工匠人才应遵循“大德”为先;从经济发展新常态的战略诉求出发,新时代工匠人才应不断提“质”增“素”。高职院校应从明确“五育”育人目标、设立“工匠培养特区”、增强职业教育服务能力等三个方面促进素质提高、匠心养成、技艺提升,坚持修德与修技并举,坚持服务自身发展与服务经济社会发展并重,积极探索新时代工匠人才培养路径。The new era endows craftsmen with new meaning of the times.Starting from the primary issue of“who to cultivate”,craftsmen in the new era should follow the principle of“great virtue”;starting from the strategic demands of the new normal of economic development,craftsmen in the new era should constantly improve“quality”and“quality”.Higher vocational colleges should make clear the“Five Education”goal,set up the“special zone for craftsman training”,enhance the service ability of vocational education,promote the quality development,the cultivation of ingenuity and the improvement of skills,adhere to the combination of morality and technology,and attach equal importance to serving their own development and economic and social development,and actively explore the path of craftsman talent training in the new era.
