摘  要:目的探讨SSP联合MDT在妇科肿瘤教学查房中应用,为住培医师教学查房模式提供新建议。方法随机选取2017-2020级我院妇产科住培医师100名。其中50名2017及2018级住培医师为对照组,2019及2020级为试验组。对照组使用传统教学查房模式,试验组采用SSP联合MDT模式。实习结束统计两组理论、操作及病例分析的成绩同时调查两组对教学查房满意度和患者及护士对两组医师的满意度并进行分析。结果试验组理论、操作及病例分析成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组对查房模式满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),但两组对教师积极回答问题方面满意度无统计学差异(P>0.05)。对于两组住培医师是否需催促完成医嘱方面无统计学差异(P>0.05),其余方面患者及护士对住培医师满意度试验组高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在妇科肿瘤教学查房中,SSP联合MDT模式具有显著优势,对妇科肿瘤住培医师的培养具有良好效果和积极作用。Objective To explore the application effect of SSP Combined with MDT Teaching Mode in teaching ward rounds of Gynecological oncology,so as to provide new suggestions for the training mode of standardized training of residents in Gynecological oncology.Methods A random sample of grade 2017-2020 in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University of obstetrics and gynecology base of resident standardization training resident in 100,grade 2017 and 2018 were divided into the control group(50),the other were experimental group(50).The control group was taught by Lecture-based Learning(LBL),and the experimental group was taught by SSP combined with MDT teaching Mode.At the end of the internship,the two groups of students were assessed and filled in questionnaires,and investigated the satisfaction of patients and nurses to the doctors in the two groups.The results of the assessment and questionnaire survey were counted.Results In the outpatient assessment,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);in the questionnaire survey,the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),except the satisfaction with teachers’active response to questions(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in whether the resident doctors needed to repeatedly urge the completion of medical orders(P>0.05).The satisfaction of patients and nurses to the resident doctors in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group in other aspects,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion SSP combined with MDT teaching model can effectively improve the comprehensive diagnostic ability and practical film reading ability of radiologists,stimulate students’interest in learning,enhance the sense of teamwork,and improve the quality of teaching.
