摘 要:西南地区属于我国地质灾害频发地区,该地区地质灾害防灾减灾能力评估,对加强西南地区防灾减灾能力建设,减少地质灾害给当地人民带来的经济和人员损失具有重要的意义。在构建评价指标体系,和前人防灾减灾能力综合评价模型的基础上,采用层次分析法对西南地区地质灾害防灾减灾能力进行评估。最终结果显示:重庆市地质灾害综合防灾减灾能力较强,四川省和云南省次之,贵州省最弱;有针对性地提出了提高西南地区防灾减灾能力的策略和手段。In our country the southwest of the geological disasters becomes more frequent than before.The purpose of assessment of capacity of geological disaster prevention and reduction of southwest region is to strengthen the construction of disaster prevention and reduction capacity and reduce geological disasters to local people and the economic losses.The article based on the establishment of index system and an evaluation model of regional comprehensive disaster reduction ability that the predecessors put forward.Then it use analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to evaluate disaster prevention and reduction capacity in Southwest.The result show that the capacity of geological disaster prevention and reduction is the highest in Chongqing province followed by Sichuan province and Yunnan province while Guizhou city is lowest.The last it put forward the strategies and methods of disaster prevention and reduction.
