摘 要:高产是芸豆新品种选育的主要目标,为探讨农艺性状与产量的关系,对10个芸豆品种的9个农艺性状进行变异分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明,10个品种的变异系数在7.9%~49.3%之间,其中,百粒重、单株荚数和产量的变异系数较大,分别为49.3%、35.1%和23.3%,主茎分枝的变异系数最小,为7.9%;主成分分析结果表明,前3个主成分累计贡献率达89.619%,根据各品种的主成分得分和综合得分,共筛选出4个适宜本地区种植的芸豆品种,分别为龙24-0511、龙25-1、龙28-0650和毕芸2号;聚类分析结果表明,10个品种分为两个群体,第Ⅰ类群体为高产群体,第Ⅱ类群体各项农艺指标都不如第Ⅰ类群,且平均产量较低。High yield is the main goal of breeding new kidney bean varieties.In order to explore the relationship between agronomic traits and yield,the variation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were conducted on 9 agronomic traits of 10 kidney bean cultivars.The results showed that the coefficients of variation of 10 cultivars ranged from 7.9%to 49.3%,among which the coefficients of variation of 100-seed weight,pod number per plant and yield were 49.3%,35.1%and 23.3%,respectively.The coefficients of variation of main stem branching was the least,which was 7.9%.The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first three principal components was 89.619%.According to the principal component scores and comprehensive scores of each variety,4 kidney bean varieties suitable for planting in this region were screened out,which were Long 24-0511,Long 25-1,Long 28-0650 and Biyun 2.In addition,the cluster analysis showed that 10 varieties could be divided into two groups,the groupⅠfor high yield poputlation,and the groupⅡwith poor agronomic traits than the groupⅠ,and the average yield was low,with poor performance in the region.
